Kids will most likely not understand what they are talking about as the condom isn't seen, nor is it explicitly referred to in dialogue.

- Danny is seen punching his wrestling partner while trying out other sports.
- Some mild violence is shown during the race scene. A teenage boy is accidentally hit with a car door and is knocked to the ground. He comments that he feels dizzy but otherwise looks fine. One racer has spikes on his car that he uses to scratch holes in the other racer's car.
Profanity

- During Look At Me, I'm Sandra Dee. Rizzo says "fongool" which is a synonym for "fuck you". However, it is highly unlikely that kids will know that.
- During the Greased Lightning song, some of the lyrics have vulgar language/sexual references such as "you know that ain't shit, we'll be gettin' lots o tit", "she's a real pussy wagon" and "the chicks'll cream" (slang for ejaculation.)
- Pussy wagon, shit and tit are used in the song Greased Lightnin.
- Some other milder words (i. E. "ass", "crap", etc) are used throughout the movie.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- At a slumber party, four teenage girls drink wine from the bottle.

- At the end of the film, sandy shows up dressed in tight black clothes and this is supposed to represent a change in her for the 'better'
- A boy sexualy assaults a teenage girl in a car but stops.
- One high school girl is thought to be pregnant from implied sex, this later turns out to be a false alarm (the father is ready to help and marry by the way)
