- Very tame on violence. Lots of zombie attacks throughout, some blood visible, but no gore and no wounds visible. Zombies are shot alot with no blood. Many throats are slashed by zombies, no neck wounds visible, but some blood drips out. A zombie has its head cut open with an ax, a more moderate amount of blood pours out. A zombie slices a womans breast off, graphic. Many zombies are shot in the head in the final scene with some blood spraying out.
- A woman's eyes are gouged out while she screams in agony while the 'zombie' has a horrible grimace on his face.
- Sometimes the mutants drink blood, which is pretty gross.
