- A man and woman have sex. You can see both of her breasts during the scene. But the left breast is seen for almost the entirety of the scene.
- A biker woman is seen in a very tight shirt at a bar. Bikers pour beer onto her chest and she removes her shirt. Her bare breasts can then be seen. One of the bikers then licks her left breast.
- At the same bar in the same scene, a woman is seen removing her top, revealing her breasts and you then see one of the bikers grab her left breast.
- One of the biker mamas unbuttons her shirt, revealing her breasts to Stephen Furst's character. He reaches for them, but Norris stops him. Both of her breasts can be clearly seen in this scene.

Violence & Gore
- In the opening scene, the main villain slaughters an entire family with an axe. While trying to escape from the cops, he is shot up and ends up in a coma.
- After awakening from the coma, the main villain kills lots of people at the hospital and chases the Sheriff into the woods. Dan and the killer fight hand-to-hand. Dan kicks him down to the bottem of a well and walks away. The kille is shown at the bottom of the well, still alive, as the film ends.
