- There's a lengthy car chase at the beginning, in which several police cars chase a truck through city streets. The truck rams into many other vehicles, and there's a lot of property damage, but this ends when the truck crashes.
- Axel fights several men in a ware house briefly. Rosewood shoots one of his attackers, and Axel quickly beats up the others.
- One character is executed and is shown being shot through the back of the head from behind, and the body is shown for a brief period. The execution is shown from a distance, and no blood can be seen.
- Axel is thrown through a plate-glass window, though he's not seriously injured.

- There is a lengthy final shootout where lots of bad guys are shot and killed, and one character's body gets perforated with bullets and lots of blood can be seen spurting and covering his shirt. his body then falls down some stairs.
- Axel gets shot in the shoulder during the climax, and some blood can be seen on his shirt and on the floor and wall behind him.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The scene in which Mikey is shot through the back of the head at the beginning may be intense for some.
- Victor Maitland is shot many times by Axel and Andrew. Many bloody bullet holes are seen on his chest.
