- A man is in a public toilet and it looks like he's talking to his genitals (he's actually talking to the miniaturised test pilot in his body). A complete stranger makes a mild comment about masturbation ("play with it pal.. don't talk to it").
- "The Cowboy" is seen just wearing a speedo in two scenes.
- In front of a woman on a bed, who appears sexually attracted to him, a man has a detachable hand and attaches a device out of view that makes a vibrating noise just as the scene cuts away.
- Dennis Quaid's bare butt is seen briefly but clearly when his towel falls off.

- A man gets a pain in the eye by covering it up, but it is just a miniaturized man inside.
- Throughout the inside of a man, a miniaturized man explores the body. In a few scenes, he goes through a tunnel where blood runs in the form of blood cells. This is not graphic.
- A man injects a man in the leg.
- There are a lot of car chases throughout the film.
- A man in black chases a scientist in a narrow road.
- A man is offered an aspirin, but takes the whole bottle and is immediately stopped.
- A bunch of people are gun-forced to get into a chamber where miniaturization happens. We don't see them get harmed, but we do see them in doll-sized later.
- A doll-sized man and a woman attack a man and a woman in a car during an escape. They hit each other throughout the scene.
- Brief scenes of fights (punches and kicks and one man hit in the face, one in the back). Various people are sprayed in the face with a fire extinguisher.
