- During a shower , women buttokcs are briefly visible
- A woman pulls down the top of her dress for a man in preparation for making love. Her breasts are visible to the audience for about a minute. Another woman takes a steamy shower and part of one breast is briefly exposed beforehand; her bare backside is also briefly visible as she enters the shower. Later this woman is shown lying dead in bed with one breast clearly visible and the other somewhat obscured, all for a moment.

- BBFC mandated cuts remove several scenes of using a butterfly (folding) knife and a close-up of blood on a woman's breast from UK versions.
- Multiple fight scenes, car chases, explosions. Several people are shown as completely on fire. Multiple gunshots, including one with slow-motion gouts of blood in two directions. Another gunshot with no apparent effect until later, when clothing is seen with a large bloodstain. Also, opening scene is very violent.

He has just given to her as a gift a large fancy hypodermic syringe with a long needle, in a fancy container. She passes out. In one (or two?) later scenes she is seen injecting herself, or at least beginning to do so.
