- Married man and woman kiss multiple times; one instance of them having intercourse (nothing shown) with woman getting on top of man her nipple seen subtly in dark, but can also be missed as it happens quickly.

- A car explodes, and the car's owner is punched in the stomach.
- A man's body is mutilated though the actual act is not shown; his body parts are thrown out into a water body and you see the cut up limbs being thrown out individually.
- In a train tunnel, a young boy is roughed up by some bullies in a flashback. He kicks one in the face, and the bully stabs him in the stomach with a switchblade (mildly bloody; not graphic). A train comes and smashes into the bullies' car as they get in, presumably killing them and causing an explosion.

- Many frightening scenes -- just when one thinks there is calm or some kind of peace, the subsequent turn of events leads to terror.
- There are a couple of intense scenes showing zombie-like transformations.

Violence & Gore
- A teenage boy is run off the road by a car, and he crashes his bike, falling off of a bridge. His twisted body is seen in a ditch, bloodied and dead.
- A young girl's corpse is found hanged.
- Three young bullies torment a teenager in their car. One pulls off his face (offscreen), revealing a decomposed, skeletal face underneath, with some gory effects on display. The kid being tormented is then dismembered offscreen, and his body parts are one-by-one thrown out of the car and off of a bridge. This is quick, and not focused on, but still gory and disturbing.
- Three young men break into a home and threaten a woman and child, but two other men break in, and one of them shoots one of the three attackers several times in the chest (not bloody or graphic at all).
- Three men try to enter a church, but one's leg is set on fire, and he puts it out. They grab a boy who runs out, and the boy's mother comes out to get him, and is grabbed too. She punches one of them in the face.
- Two men are ambushed by three ghosts in a train tunnel, and one of the men is non-graphically stabbed. The ghost of a young boy arrives and is grabbed by the ghosts, and he hits one. The other man is punched by a ghost, but a train starts coming, and the ghosts get into their car, but the train hits the car, killing them.
