She claims that with a few weeks to go before transmission, she replaced journalist Catherine Bennett, "who - understandably - had last-minute doubts". In her words, the studio sets and shooting style made her, David Baddiel and Michael Gove look like "three sarcastic students shouting in an underground car park", and she sums up the experience by calling it "easily the worst thing I've done in my career".
