- After Batman gets knocked down by gunfire, Catwoman leans her body on top of him and licks his face for a mistletoe-kiss.
- Penguin says several sexual innuendos such as, "I'd like to fill her void...show her my French flipper trick." And commenting (when he sees Catwoman), "Just the pussy I've been looking for." And, "It's about reaching people, groping people!"
- A few brief sexual innuendos by Catwoman to Batman. At one point she implies offering him sex to which he politely changes the subject.
- Penguin fondles a woman's clothed breast while pinning a mayoral button on her shirt.
- A statement is made of one of the benefits of mayor being, "Unlimited poontang."
- A man grabs a woman and attempts to rape her, shoving her against a brick wall and beginning to undo his pants but then they are interrupted.
- Catwoman tells a male attacker, "Be gentle, it's my first time." And later to two security guards, "You boys, always confusing your pistols with your privates."
- When Bruce says to Selina, "So no hard feelings?" she replies flirtatiously, "Actually, semi-hard" and goes on to suggest sex.
- The character of the Ice Princess wears some mildly revealing clothing which shows her legs, shoulders and some cleavage.
- During their first date, Bruce and Selina lie atop each other while kissing passionately and running their hands across each other's bodies. In a later scene they kiss once morewhile at a masquerade ball though it is brief and less suggestive.
- Penguin angrily tells Catwoman, "You ought to be spayed!"
Violence & Gore

- Catwoman attacks a man and claws him. Blood is shown on his face when she drags her claws across his face in tic-tac-toe lines and then stabs out his eyes with her claws. The actual act is somewhat obscured by her hand but clear to make out.
- A man's nose is bitten. The man's blood is also shown on the Penguin's mouth and chin for the rest of the scene.
- Penguin shoots a large goon at close range with a rifle umbrella, and then boots his dying body into the sewage where he later can be seen in an underwater shot as a corpse.
- In the scene where the Red Triangle Gang attack, three citizens are set on fire and presumably burned to death in the background.
- At the end of the movie the penguin comes out of the water with blood on him from falling from a great height with black bile pouring relentlessly from his mouth. He expresses how thirsty he is.
- A female character is knocked off a building and a closeup shows her screaming in terror as she falls to her death. Her impact is very briefly shown. Can be upsetting for younger viewers as she was innocent.
- No age rating, like in Italy and France. It is still your responsibility as a parent to make sure your child is capable of handling it. That cannot be the matter of the state.
- A character is violently electrocuted and we see the grisly aftermath.
- A character is set on fire.
- A character has time bomb shoved down his pants by Batman. He then explodes offscreen.
- A character is slashed on the face, with blood, but he does not die.
- A woman's fingers are bitten on by a cat with some bloody results and the scene lingers for a few seconds.

- Catwoman and Penguin both exclaim "Sh*t" in two different scenes.
- Catwoman exclaims "Damn!" once in frustration.
- Penguin uses the word "Pussy".

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Early in the movie Penguin pulls out a man's severed hand trying to scare Schreck
- Penguin kills the family cat off screen while still a child having been locked in a portable cage during infancy by his parents.
- The Penguin has a rather monstrous appearance
- Max pushes Selina out the window where she falls. The camera mercilessly shows her face up close as she falls through many cloth roof structures on the way down.
- The atmosphere and look of the film is designed to scare. The Penguin appears to be quite frightening.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- At the beginning of the film when Penguin is a child, Mr. and Mrs. Cobblepot (Penguin's parents) are ashamed and frightened because of Penguin's deformity and behaviour. So they decide to take Penguin to a park and at a bridge they throw him over inside the baby carriage into a drainage stream.
