- Suraj and Deepak live a poor lifestyle in a village along with their widowed father, who has always taught them to be honest. Both re-locate to the city and find employment with the Police Force, while Suraj is a Havaldar, Deepak is a Traffic Constable. Suraj does his job honestly and diligently and is often reprimanded by Inspector Waghmare. Then differences arise between Suraj and Deepak when the later comes to testy in favor of an accused, Narendra Khanna, who was arrested by Suraj for killing a man. Things come to a boil when Soni's husband is brutally murdered in broad daylight, and when officers of both Shaitaan Chowki and Kala Chowki refuse to investigate nor even register this homicide, she decides to take matters into her own hands.—rAjOo (gunwanti@hotmail.com)

They excel into police training with both enroll into the force, Suraj as Havaldar and Deepak as a traffic constable; both then re-locate to the city to take up their role of duty. One day Suraj arrests a man named Narendra for murdering a man on the streets in broad-daylight. But the pressure is mounted on him to release Narendra at the behest of corrupt Inspector Waghmare - the case is complicated further when Narendra happens to be the brother of a wealthy gangster. Then on another occasion Suraj red-handily catches Narendra murdering a custom's officer's wife and even this time Narendra is let off due to the absence of an eye-witness - even to his very own brother, Deepak refuses to testify resulting in a split between the brothers. Eventually a bank clerk gets murdered by the same Narendra - his wife, Soni lodges a complain with the Kala Chowki police station officer, Waghmare only to be transfer to the Shaitaan Chowki station where they also refuses to help - matters gets worse when Deepak is also murdered on duty - with Soni and Suraj on the threshold of life both decides to take the law into their own hands.—gavin (racktoo@hotmail.com)
