- Brief mention of a news report about sex and violence in film.
- Some mild innuendos
- A couple scenes of passionate and sensual kissing, including a woman in only a shirt straddling a man. This scene might be awkward for younger viewers, they clearly are going to have sex and they make noises and moan. It is not a short scene.
Violence & Gore

- Several police cars chase Phil and two other men, who joyride in a pickup truck.
- Phil commits suicide several times, but always wakes up the next day. The viewer should know that this is all for comic effect and is in no way graphic.
- Phil drives a truck into a gorge. The truck blows up.
- Phil jumps off a tall building. His body is seen in the morgue. Phil gets into a bathtub with a toaster.
- Phil lets a truck hit him in the middle of the road.
- An old man dies in an alley. This is seen a few times in a nonviolent way. Phil tries to save him each time and fails.
- Rita slaps Phil several times.

- The entire premise of being forced to live one day of your life over and over again could be disturbing for some people, even though the film plays it in a somewhat comical manner.
