- UNRATED VERSION: At the beginning the woman's vulva is shown briefly, but it is dark so it's hard to see.
- A sex scene between one of the women and a man is very graphic, lots of thrusting, boobs, and noises. This lasts for about two minutes.
- Before they begin sex, the man's penis is seen briefly twice. If you blink you might miss both times but his penis and testicles are definitely visible for split seconds. And his butt is seen.

- The goriest of the original series. The gore in this film definitely has an edge over the Paramount entries.
- Jason Voorhees is killed by the FBI in the opening scene. His limbs are scattered about by a massive explosion and his heart continues for a number of seconds.
- Voorhees possesses a coroner and stabs a man in the back of his skull with a probe. He forces the man's face into steel grating and leaves a bloody imprint.
- Voorhees mutilates a woman with a straight razor.
- Voorhees slams a woman's head in a car door off-screen.
- Voorhees stabs a woman from behind with a knife.
- Creighton Duke breaks two of Steven Freeman's fingers.
- Voorhees slams a police officer's head against a locker.
- Voorhees punches a police officer in the nose.

- Vicki impales Voorhees with a barbeque skewer.
- Voorhees pulls Vicki toward the barbeque skewer, impaling her, and squeezes her head until blood squirts from the top.
- Jessica Kimble accidentally impales a sheriff.
- Freeman decapitates a possessed man with a machete.
- Voorhees breaks Duke's back.
- A man bludgeons Voorhees with a shovel, and then Kimble impales Voorhees with a knife and demons reach from beneath the soil to pull him to hell.
