At Stacy's funeral, the liturgical colors are incorrect. Assuming that it is a Roman Catholic funeral, the priest should be wearing a black stole and the cloth draping over the casket should also be black. Instead, the priest is wearing a green stole and the cloth is purple. Even if this scene was not intended to depict a Catholic funeral, the colors are still inconsistent. Any Christian denomination using liturgical colors would not combine the colors green (ordinary time) and purple (seasons of penance) in the same liturgy, funeral or not. See more
