(at around 52 mins) After getting back from Jack Rabbit Slim's, Mia has Vincent's coat on. When she is about to light herself a cigarette, she isn't wearing it, but when she reaches for the lighter, she is wearing it again.
(at around 17 mins) During the Big Kahuna burger scene, Jules put down his drink and a paper bag appears next to it. The bag then disappears and reappears several times between shots.
[1:46:15] In the dungeon scene where the two perverts, Maynard and Zed, are raping Marsellus, Butch comes in to rescue Marsellus and finds a sword. When Butch goes downstairs to the dungeon, Marsellus is hog tied with gag ball in his mouth getting defiled. Butch kills Maynard, with the sword and is about to kill Zed. Marsellus now gets up having miraculously freed himself without Butch cutting him loose. How could Marsellus suddenly get up from being hog tied before Butch, occupied with killing Maynard, could free him?
In the second rendition of the Hamburger scene, right after Jules shoots Brett, he talks to Marvin cowering in the corner. In this shot you can clearly see two bullet holes in the wall behind Jules' shoulders. At this point the guy hiding in the bathroom has not yet shot at them, which occurs in the very next scene, making the rest of the holes in the wall.
(at around 58 mins) When Jody comes out of the room Lance has been in looking for the medical manual, she does not have any of her jewelry piercings in her face. A few moments later when they're about to give Mia the adrenaline shot, the jewelry has appeared on her face.
Jules and Vince show no signs of disorientation or hearing loss after being inside of a car with a .45 going off.
Towards the beginning of the movie, Vincent claims that cops in Amsterdam cannot stop and search people in the street, which is untrue. Police in Amsterdam do possess stop and search rights.
(at around 1h 5 mins) Capt. Koons' account of Butch's grandfather, Dane Coolidge, contains historical inaccuracies. Koons says Dane Coolidge was called up to fight the Germans in WWII as a Marine and later says Dane was killed at the Battle of Wake Island. Very few US Marines fought against the Germans in WWII. Marines mostly fought in the Pacific against the Japanese which is where Wake Island is. He also says that Dane gave the watch to a gunner on an Air Force transport. The U.S. Air Force wasn't created until after WWII. At that time it would have been called the U.S. Army Air Corps. Transports were also typically unarmed and would not have gunners.
When Vincent Vega plunges the adrenaline filled syringe into Mia Wallace's chest, the premise is that is all that would be required to revive her from a heroin-induced coma. This is not correct and it's a virtual certainty that Marsellus Wallace (Mia's husband) would have discovered what happened.
Mia Wallace's heart (according to the narrative) stopped and was only revived with the adrenaline shot. Numerous medical issues could become apparent in the minutes and hours after she was revived and unless she had a private nurse or doctor at home, she would require medical monitoring for at least two weeks follow such an overdose. Failing to receive such care would have led to her incapacitation or her death.
In the beginning diner scene when Yolanda and Ringo are about to rob the place, Yolanda yells "...and I'll execute every motherfucking last one of you". At the ending diner scene (which should be the exact same), she yells "...and I'll execute every one of you motherfuckers". This is to show different perceptions of the same event. The first being Yolanda's and Ringo's and the last being Jules'
(at around 1h 12 mins) In the taxi, Butch throws his boxing clothes out a fully-open window, and Esmarelda tosses a butt out her open window. The squealing tires, near-miss as she leaves the alley, and background indicate she's driving fast. But as Butch smokes the cigarette, its smoke drifts slowly through the car, indicating it isn't moving because no wind is coming through the open windows. However, the back projection is heavily stylized in black & white, so the director clearly did not intend this to be a realistic shot. Although the shot may have been intentionally unrealistic, when Butch throws his gloves out the window a "plop" can be clearly heard, indicating no vehicle movement.
Jules purports to quote the Bible several times in the film ("Ezekiel 25:17"). In reality only the final line of this recitation is correct for this Scripture reference, so each time it is a misquote. Tarantino stated that this was intentional to give insight into the character's psychology. The actual verse reads as follows: And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the Lord, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them.
At one point, Vincent says, "I don't watch TV." Later, he mentions something he once saw on the television show Cops (1989). The phrase "I don't watch TV" generally means that the speaker does not make a habit of watching television. It generally does not mean that the speaker avoids television completely and has never seen a single episode of any show ever. Most people who "don't watch TV" will watch TV from time to time, depending on the situation at hand. Vincent seems to be no exception.
Whenever the two shots from inside the apartment are shown, they are shown in different perspectives, so it might be that all goofs spotted in the two apartment scenes can be considered as being different characters in the movie perceiving things differently.
(at around 1h 50 mins) In the apartment miracle scene where Jules and Vincent are about to be shot at by the kid in coming out of the adjoining room, there are bullet holes already clearly visible in the wall behind them.
When Vincent accidentally shoots Marvin, not only does the bullet from his .45 blow his head entirely off - it clearly explodes his head - but the window doesn't shatter and when we see Marvin's corpse in the trunk, his head is intact. From that rank a .45, if it didn't blow his entire head off, would certainly leave his skull quite distorted.
Discharging a shotgun in a small basement causes an at least temporary loss of hearing. Yet after Marcellus shoots Zed, he and Butch are able to understand each other without even raising their voices.
(at around 56 mins) When Vincent Vega drives up to the house with Mia Wallace and crashes, tire tracks are visible in the grass where the original car continued through out of shot so when the camera tracks around it shows only the placed car.
(at around 1h 50 mins) When the fourth man in Brett's apartment fires at Jules and Vincent, the wheel on his revolver does not spin.
When Butch gets to the motel after the fight he looks out the window to see if he was followed. But he doesn't close the curtains for privacy (and concealment). Nor does he lock the door at all, which had a chain lock, slide lock and dead bolt.
When Butch is in the taxi with Esmeralda, she recognizes him as the boxer from the fight because she had been listening on the radio. Butch proceeds to read her name from her hack license, but then she asks Butch what his name is? Since she had been listening to the radio broadcast she clearly would already know his name.
In the final scene in the cafe, Jules quotes Ezekiel 25:17 to Pumpkin and is explaining what he now thinks the passage means after the events of the day.
Jules says "Now I'm in thinking you're (Pumpkin) the evil man and I'm the righteous man, and Mr. 9 millimeter here is the shepherd protecting my righteous ass in the valley of darkness" referring to his gun as a Mr. 9 millimeter. However, his gun is .45 (it's clear throughout the film and scene that he and Vince carry M1911A1s), not a 9 millimeter.

Captain Koons states that he and Butch's Coolidge's father were in a North Vietnamese prison camp for five years and that Coolidge has spoken often about his son. As the Viet Nam War ended in April of 1975, and assuming that Butch is between six and ten years old, this means that Koons and Coolidge were in the prison camp together starting no later than 1970. The Clutch Cargo show on the television was produced in 1959 with a total of 52 episodes and it appeared in reruns for through the late sixties. U.S. combat forces were not deployed in Viet Nam until 1965. Assuming that Koon's visit was shortly after his release, which would have been in 1975, this would mean that the adult Butch is between 26 and 30 years old, which is young for a prize fighter whose abilities are in natural decline. At the time of filming, Bruce Willis was 39 years old.
(at around 1h 11 mins) When in the back of the taxi, Butch takes his boxing gloves off and then throws them out the window. When he throws them out you can hear them hit the ground perfectly as if they weren't in a moving car and just parked.
(at around 53 mins) When Mia finds the bag of heroin in Vincent's coat, she states, "Hello." A second dubbed "hello" can clearly be heard under the first, possibly due to original dialogue not after an ADR take was added.
(at around 2h 10 mins) When Winston Wolf departs from Monster Joe's in his Acura, he takes a hard corner, but the sound indicates continuous acceleration in a straight line. While the acceleration is possible, it would sound different going around a corner.
When Brett is trying to explain his "best intentions" to Jules, Jules pulls out his gun and shoots "Flock of Seagulls". However, even though a gunfire sound is heard, he clearly does not actually fire his gun (a bullet is not emitted).
(at around 36 mins) In Jack Rabbit Slim's, the page says, "Call for Phillip Morris." His mouth movement does not sync with his words.
(at around 7 mins) When Jules and Vincent are riding in the car, it is possible to see the reflection of their car in the background, being towed on a trailer.
(at around 2h 20 mins) When Jules opens the briefcase for Pumpkin (Ringo), an orange light bulb can be seen through the mirror on the top part of the inside.
(at around 32 mins) When Vincent enters Mia's home for the first time, a camera and a camera operator are clearly visible in a reflection on the windows in front of them. They have a black blanket or tarp covering them to make them harder to see.
(at around 2h 15 mins) During the coffee shop robbery, when Pumpkin has the manager's head pinned to the counter, a crew member is reflected in the cash register.
(at around 56 mins) Crew is reflected in the open front door when Lance goes outside to yell at Vincent for crashing into his house.
(at around 2h 10 mins) When Winston tells Jules and Vincent the route that they'll be taking from Jimmy's house in Toluca Lake to Monster Joe's in North Hollywood, he says they'll be going up Hollywood Way. Hollywood Way is to the east of both Toluca Lake and North Hollywood, it wouldn't make sense for them to go that way, especially if they want to spend as little time on the streets as possible.
If Jimmie's house is on the east side of Toluca Lake, it would only be a few blocks from Hollywood Way (in Winston's words, "a few twists and turns aside"). North Hollywood extends east all the way over to Hollywood Way (by the Bob Hope airport). If Monster Joe's Truck & Tow is anywhere near the airport, this would be the quickest route.

When the military contractors are about to leave for the Phillipines, and one learns that the cash bag emergency fund is a half a million dollars he says "Great, that might be enough to get one of us out of an Indonesian prison". Indonesia is a different country to the Phillipines.
Vincent and Mia plan to keep Marsellus from knowing about the overdose incident, yet that would not likely be possible because, when Vincent first enters the house there is a security monitor watching the living room, where the overdose took place.
Although things are supposed to end up "cool" between Butch and Marsellus, considering that Butch's car was left at the crash site, that Vincent would be found dead in his apartment, and that Butch would be quickly tied to the deaths of Zed and Maynard, he undoubtedly would be wanted and likely arrested by police before long and have to point the finger at Marsellus in order to defend his actions in court.
Despite witnessing Butch take several seconds to kill Maynard, Zed waits until Butch points the sword at him before he considers going for his gun when he could have easily gone for it during the whole time Maynard was being killed.
Marsellus follows Butch into the pawn shop just seconds after Butch enters it, even though Marsellus was last seen far behind Butch (who was hiding behind a wall) and then falling flat on his back after firing a wayward shot. Therefore, there is no way Marsellus could have been so close behind Butch or even known Butch was in the pawn shop at all.
Butch seems to think that if he and Fabienne get on a train and go to Tennessee, he's home free. He's a boxer who just made news by killing someone in the ring, and with his subsequent ties to Vincent's death in his own apartment, his wife's car being abandoned at the crash site, and the deaths of Zed and Maynard, Butch's face would be splashed all over the news and he apprehended in virtually no time.
(at around 1h 45 mins) Reflected in the motel window when Butch picks up his girlfriend on the chopper at the motel.
During the "divine intervention" dialogue, the shadow of a boom mic is visible in the upper left hand corner of the screen, behind Samuel L. Jackson.
(at around 1h 30 mins) After shooting Vincent, Butch pushes the bloody door open with his fingertips (thus leaving bloody fingerprints). He then proceeds to wipe only one side of Vincent's gun with clean hands, despite never washing them.
When Captain Koons tells Young Butch about his grandfather when handing him the watch, he says that his grandfather was "called upon by his country to fight the Germans" in World War II, and also that he was killed at as a marine the battle of Wake Island. This indicates that Butch's grandfather was drafted in response to Germany's declaration of war on the United States on December 11th 1941. However, the Battle of Wake Island began on December 8th and ended on December 23rd of 1941, so there would have been no time for Butch's grandfather to have been drafted into the Marine Corps, gone through basic training, and stationed on Wake Island before the end of the battle, especially as the island was blockaded by the Japanese before the war with Germany even started. Either Coons meant to say that Butch's grandfather joined the Marines after World War II broke out in Europe and happened to be stationed at Wake Island when war with Japan broke out or this would constitute an inaccurate historical account in the script.
(at around 8 mins) Although Vince claims a French Quarter Pounder With Cheese is called a Royale With Cheese, the actual name is just a Royal Cheese.
When Jules, Vincent and Marvin exit the apartment, no-one takes the briefcase.
When quoting the Bible to Brett and later to Pumpkin, Jules says "inequities" when he means "iniquities."
