- Chase Meridian flirts with Batman several times throughout the entire film. At one point, she squeezes the rubber pecs on his suit and in the same scene, Batman asks if she's "trying to get under his cape." Chase also slips off her jacket, revealing a tank top as she speaks in a sensual manner.
- Chase and Batman also kiss several times. The kiss in the halfway mark is very passionate(tongues partially visible).
- It is mentioned that Robin dreams of being naked with a girl.
- Dick Grayson saves a girl from a gang of thugs and before he leaves, she asks if the hero kisses the girl. They share a kiss before she runs off.
- The Riddler comically grabs his crotch at one point. A cartoon honk sound effect can be heard as he does so.
- In one scene, Chase Meridian is sleeping naked in her bed. Her body is covered by the sheets though.
- When Chase Meridian is dropped out of a tube, her dress flies up and we see her bottom in a black thong. It only lasts a few seconds though.
- Bruce asks Chase out on a date by comically quipping to Chase, "I've gotta get you out of those clothes..." After seeing her confused reaction he explains, "And into a black dress. Do you like the circus?" Brief. Mild.
- Bruce and Chase kiss very passionately at the end with Chase moaning softly from it before parting ways with Bruce.
- The Riddler has a spurt of laughter, in which after he yells the phrase, "Joygasm!" Making reference to a sexual like pleasure he gets from his actions.

- Two-Face kills one of his henchman at the beginning by shooting him multiple times.

- The word "hell" is used 9 times.
- 2 uses of oh my God and shut up 1 use of freakin, bastard, , oh God and damn.
- Robin says "Screw You!" to Bruce. He is offscreen when he says it and it is mostly heard in the background. Easy to miss.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Riddler's invention of neural stimulation has the mild effects like that of a drug to the people who use it, making them elated and drowsy upon using it.
- Bruce and Chase drink wine in one scene.
- There is a single scene of smoking in this film, in which Two-Face is given two different cigarettes by his molls.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- While telling of his parents' murder, Bruce explains he fell into a pit and was confronted by a monstrous bat. The image is shown in the shadow. It lets out an unearthly screech as it approaches young Bruce and the entire scene has a nightmarish/surreal atmosphere to it.
- When Dr Edward nygma hits the griddy it can be a little intense.

- Bruce gets shot in the head by Two-Face. However, it ricochets and leaves a bleeding cut.
- Two-Face shows Riddler how to punch a guard (played for laughs)
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- After Batman destroys Riddler's machine, Riddler's head becomes misshapen by the excess of power and looks very strange.
- The circus scene where all of Robin's members are falling down by Two-face's fault might be disturbing to sensitive viewers.
- Many scary men in a gang torment a woman they could be planning on raping or assaulting but Robin saves her before anything happens.
