- A man opens a door to a room where his wife and child are kept hostage. However, this springs a trap which kills them in an explosion and blows his arm off. His jagged stump of an arm is shown with shredded muscle trailing from it. He goes on a rampage, killing his family's murderers with a barrage of gunfire, including two innocent bystanders on accident.
