This is an excellent vehicle for 1990s porn star Colt Steele, a sort of Fabiano of the XXX world, who is credited with the original story concept for writer-producer Patti Rhodes.
He and Anna Malle both portray star-crossed creatures of the night, though the actual opening title credit on screen is "Creature of the Night". That makes sense, since in a most unusual construction the two unite only telepathically, and the seemingly inevitable final reel sex scene for them does not occur, feature ending instead with them fondling under the full moon in PG-rated fashion.
But before that director Fred Lincoln stages many a sensual explicit sex scene, notably a strong lesbian threesome for Felecia, Malle and the British actress Yvonne, as well as victim roles for big-name talent including Alexandra Silk (misspelled Sylk in the credits) and John Decker.
Mila is a scene stealer, uninhibited in her threesome with Jay Ashley and a quite different looking young actor who used the screen name Tommy Gunn a decade before the famous "Pirates" star. Heaven Lee also makes a strong impression as a bartender who gets to hump Colt and live to tell the tale.
Lincoln, alongside Bud Lee, is one of those prolific and talented porn directors whose craftsmanship holds up very well decades later, but who was relatively overlooked or looked down upon during his career while the "Michaels" as I like to call them (Zen, Raven and Ninn) received tons of awards and praise, largely for being pretentious. Any thorough examination of their films and not just the famous titles will make it clear that this imbalance of recognition is grossly unfair.
