- Characters occasionally mention having hooked up with someone the night before. On some occasions, characters are depicted in bed with a partner the morning after. A minor plot in the first season involves a character sleeping with a prostitute, unaware of her profession.
Violence & Gore

- Someone gets shot and blood is showing. Someone breaks the window with their hands and they are bleeding.
- Shootings occur at least four times during the series. Main characters are put in danger, and some minor characters die. Some blood is seen.
- Fistfights break out on two occasions, without any serious injury.

- Damn, ass, hell are used somewhat frequently throughout the series. Some instances of "bitch". One character exclaims "motherf---" but the scene cuts away.

- A character suffers a heart attack off-screen, and later dies.
- A character is drugged and abducted in a frightening scene, but survives.
