Storyline

After Frank and Joe Hardy are nearly run down by Clams Daggett, an elderly excursion boat operator, the teenagers and their friends decide to operate a rival boat. They learn of a old Chinese junk that for sale and after buying it run afoul of a gang of thieves who are using the sailboat to hide stolen jade. Written by David Bassler
