Philmore is bored of going back and forth in the same direction every day, while other ships leave the Harbor. So Philmore decides to leave the Harbor.
Northumberland discovers an underwater sunken ship. Hank tries to raise the ship to gain fame and attention. A storm arrives as his rope gets tangled in the ship and he runs out of oil. Then he starts drifting towards a cliff.
Hank is convinced that Theodore has superpowers. This is because Theodore wished a fog would go away and it did. Then Theodore wished for a specific assignment and got just that.
Theodore comes across one of Emily's stray lifeboats and tells the Dispatcher. Tattling makes Theodore feel helpful and important, and he starts tattling on everyone.
Stewiacke the Salvage Ship arrives in the harbor with a submarine named Pugwash. Northumberland goes into hiding, afraid that Pugwash will teasingly bump him like in the past.
Bedford Buoy is sad that he cannot move like the other sea vessels, and asks Baddeck the Buoy Boat to take him to another harbor. Saddened, everyone attempts to change his mind.
Theodore is charged with bringing in a ship named Cabot. Cabot turns out to be a careless and dangerous ship who loosely ties his cargo and sails wherever he wants. He ignores Theodore's guidance and causes trouble in the harbor.
Carla, Emily, and others have a sleepover at Ceilidh's Cove. Dorothy has trouble keeping up with the bigger boats and falls asleep, so they sneak off to Shipwreck Rock to tell ghost stories.
Foduck is on safety patrol during the night, but annoys people with his loud noise. He then meets a ship that's too shy to come into the harbor, and goes to ease his worries.
The tugboats are upset when the Queen Stephanie is going to be late. Constance the Coast Guard Ship plays a game with Theodore and Hank to cheer them up.
George never wants to wait his turn. When Emily, Theodore, and George are sent to keep an iceberg away from the harbor, George's impatience leads to chaos.
Hank is excited at being allowed to move ships by himself, but his daydreaming gives Digby a scrape on sharp rocks. Digby tells everyone and Hank's reputation sinks.
