Sex & Nudity

- There are quite a few crude sex references throughout (Mainly used in text.)
- Strip joints can be seen on the street but you can't walk into them. (but you have to look closely to notice)
Violence & Gore

- As in a typical GTA game you have the option to kill innocent people by using all sorts of weapons and by running them over with vehicles followed by pools of blood.
- Many missions include you having to murder another person.
- Since this GTA is in 2D and birds eye view the violence is very unrealistic especially by today's standards.
Profanity

- 'Shit', 'Bitch', 'Damn', 'Goddamn', 'Prick', 'Bastard', 'Twat', 'Piss', 'Whore', 'Slag', 'Pussy', 'Ass' and 'Asshole' are all used throughout (Mainly used in text but sometimes in dialogue.)
- The main theme song contains 2 uses of 'Fuck'.
- The word 'Fuck' is said sometimes in the text but it is censored during the cut scenes.
- The word 'Cock' is said once during a cut scene but it's censored.
- There is even a cheat code were you can remove all of the swearing.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- There are missions were you pick up and deliver drugs.
- Some mild drug references throughout.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- As mentioned in violence and gore you have the option to kill people with blood shown and do all kinds of destruction. But it's very unrealistic.
- There is some racial stereotyping to Italian-Americans, Chinese, Mexicans, Jamaicans and immigrants.
- Very tame compared to other GTA's
