May 21, 1992 was a night you should not have missed Johnny. This was the second to last "Tonight Show" with Johnny Carson as host. Robin Williams and Bette Midler were his guests that night, the last two, as the final show was for Johnny alone to say "Goodbye". (The guests on the final show were flashbacks from the archives.) After Johnny told Bette Midler some of his favorite songs, she began to sing, and Johnny soon joined in with her. When she finished singing "One for My Baby (and One More for the Road)." Johnny's tears were flowing, and I am sure that Johnny was not the only person with teary eyes that night. Bette Midler would receive an Emmy Award for her performance.
If you are a Johnny Carson "Tonight Show" fan, who missed this show, don't despair, I'm pretty sure you can buy it on the Internet.
