Sex & Nudity

  • In one episode, the main characters go to a bar and a girl is shown dancing in bra and underwear.
  • For a sitcom, the sexual dialogue is pretty high, but the nudity and sex is bare.
  • Crude language is used to describe sex (nothing explicit) and sometimes implied.
  • From season 1 to season 8, all nudity is blurred.
  • Two female characters are seen topless. (Season 8)

Violence & Gore

  • Gunfights and confrontational scenes are prevalent through out the shows entire run. Fights (Both verbal & physical) are common within each episode and season.
  • Many of the main characters get shot every season.

Profanity

  • In Season 12 Episode 3 "The Cunt Word," the word "cunt" is used 3 or 4 times in one scene.
  • Very strong, pervasive language is used. "fuck," "shit," "motherfucker," "cock," and "cunt" are said in every episode every few seconds.
  • Pervasive language and sexual references. "Fuck" is used throughout each season, along with "shit", "asshole", "bitch" and "dick"

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • The shows plot revolves around buying and selling marijuana.
  • One main character drinks rum & coke in nearly every scene of every episode.
  • One main character is almost always intoxicated, seen smoking (marijuana and tobacco), and drinking alcohol. Another main character is almost always drunk.
  • Alcohol use is always prevalent and is in fact a personality trait of a main character. Smoking of cigarettes is in every episode as is alcohol use.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Because of the shows mockumentary style, if one was to watch a clip without the knowledge that it is in fact a TV show, the scenes involving gunfights and robberies could be very intense.
