- The main female star wears a shirt with spaghetti straps and her nipple are prominently shown in several scenes.
- In a hospital scene, the female lead character wakes up and sits straight up in bed as she wakes from a dream/nightmare. She's wearing a typical hospital gown and, when she goes to get out of the hospital bed, she opens her legs and for a brief second or two you can see the crotch of her panties. Easy to miss if you're not paying attention.

- This film contains intense action and violence throughout. There are a few instances of blood when the evil dragon drops a dead elephant there are big bloody bite marks on it, also in the last half-hour when the dragons are shot by the army bloody bullet holes are pretty apperent.
