This "Douglas Fairbanks, Jr. Presents" compilation features three episodes from the TV series. "American Duel" takes place in 1912 Germany. An American student, challenged to a duel, chooses poison as the weapon - turning the duel into a game of chance. "A Lodging for the Night" takes place in 15th century Paris. Escaping from the Guards after a tavern brawl, the thief Francois Villon finds refuge in the home of former soldier Bristout. Their discussions on the relative virtues of Man are put to the test when the Guards return. In "Priceless Pocket", a poor Glaswegian man discovers that his trouser pocket produces an endless supply of pound notes. The Government is not amused. Written by sienel
