- Within first minute of the movie: We see Juno see a naked guy sitting on a couch. The shot is from the side so his knee hides male frontal nudity. She drops her panties (we see her legs) and walks towards him. We see her wearing a T-shirt, sitting on top of him. We see a close-up shot of their faces, very close. No thrusting or moaning at this point. Later in the film, a brirf flashback shows the guy's face as he moans.
- Juno takes a pregnancy test She is seen urinating on it (No nudity.)
- A slow-motion shot of teenage boys running in short, thin-fabric shorts, focuses on their crotches and genitals flapping about, Juno tells us that she always imagines them naked, and uses thw term, " Pork swords."
- We see a teacher put a condom on a banana in slow motion, and then we see Juno sit on Paulie's lap naked. We see his face as he groans softly (No Nudity).
- A young woman offers Juno a free condom (Its Boysenberry). She tells Juno that her boyfriend uses it and it makes his "junk" smell like pie.
- Juno tells Leah, Juno's friend, that her breasts are getting huge and she has to rub coconut oil all over herself. Leah then says, " That's hot." This happens in a public place, there are other people around.
- Throughout the entire film there are many sexual related jokes.

- Juno and Mark are seen watching the 1970 splatter film "The Wizard of Gore". We see a clip from the film where a woman's torso is crushed by a punch press. Very brief, but could potentially gross viewers out.
