- A woman is heard groaning in the background as she has sex. The groaning continues. Nothing is seen.
- Conversation on a bench between two characters about masturbation. The phrase 'jerking off' is used.
- The whole movie centers around a woman who carries a secret romance with her best friend's fiance. It is implied that they have sex more than once behind the best friend's back, though we don't actually see it.
- A lot of sex is implied and discussed, but not shown on screen.
- Two main characters wake up together early in the movie, and they are frantically trying to cover themselves up in the morning. The girl throws a blanket at the man and says "Don't be naked!" He covers up just in time, so we don't see anything.
- A woman tiptoes into a guy's room late at night and asks if she can sleep in there with him.
- There's some joking conversations about the size of a man's penis. Two women discuss whether or not a certain man is circumcised.
- After some sensual dancing a girl falls and says that she pulled something. Another girl asks if she pulled her vagina.

- When one of the characters is on the phone in their apartment there is a scene on the tv that shows quite a violent scene where a man is trying to drown a woman in a tub. There is a knife involved and quite a bit of blood is shown.
- A character is slapped across the nose with a badminton racket. He says that his nose is broken, but he ends up being fine. No blood is shown.

- The scene where Darcy figures out that Rachel is having an affair with Dex is pretty intense. Darcy gets extremely upset, screaming and in tears. She tells Rachel she hates her and never wants to speak to her again.
