Robin tells Shame shooting unarmed heroes would violate the code of the Old West. Shame tells him the code doesn't apply east of the Mississippi. But in the first part, Batman called radio station KCG. Call letters starting with K are west of the Mississippi.
While cutting the bullet out of Robin's heel, to prevent him from being blood poisoned by the metal in the bullet, Batman gives Robin a strip of heavy cardboard to bite down on. After the emergency surgery, Batman removes the cardboard strip from Robin's mouth, then motions as if to return it to his utility belt; however, from the camera angle, we can see that he merely drops the strip at his side.
True to the "sanitization" of television violence in this era, although Robin is shot by Shame, and Batman subsequently cuts the embedded bullet out of Robin's heel with his Batknife, there's not a trace of blood to be seen anywhere.
Robin tied up on the ground and helpless, Batman removes his cape to lead the stampede away from Robin. As he holds the cape up, it casts a shadow upon himself, yet the passing mess of cattle legs casts no shadow upon Robin's entire body.
During the final fight scene, the stunt double for actor Milt Frome (who plays Laughing Leo) is wearing an obvious skull cap to make him look bald.
During the fight at the "KO Corral," Batman asks Robin how many bullets 9 six-shooters carry. Robin answers 54. Batman says he counted 53 gunshots, which is followed by 2 more gunshots.
