The Ford Country Squire station wagon the Angels drive had headlight covers that were always down unless the headlights were in use. For this episode, the headlight covers had been disabled (always up) because the script had broken headlights as a reason the Angels should leave town.

Goofs
The clothes the Angels disguised themselves with did not belong to them but to small-town old ladies, yet they fit all three of them perfectly.
