Frasier and Lilith have their respective bachelor parties and almost call off their wedding. This is classic middle-era Cheers, and everything about this episode is just right.

Okay, so Pete Schreiner declaring his love for Kathleen Turner ("Wah-wah-wah, wah-wah-WAHH!") is a tad humiliating, but everything else is perfect: Sam's monologue about the joys of bachelorhood, Cliff unleashing on Lilith... this was everything the episode should be, and it also stands in for the off-screen wedding of Lilith and Frasier, which has already occurred by the time the next episode airs.

A classic.

The focus of this episode is on the two lovebirds about to get married. Both the men and the women throw a "bachelor" party. We aren't given much information on the women's party, but we stay with the men as they go about tearing Frasier's wish to be married apart. Every possible reason is given why he and Lilith should not tie the knot. It get down to the fundamental need for companionship.

Lilith and Frasier's wedding is coming near and they have their bachelor parties. Lilith gets Rebecca as her maid of honor as her friends are out of town. Frasier starts wondering if he wants ti get married but very fast sees that he does, he calls her but she is busy. Later she arrives at the bar with the stripper and says the wedding is off but this is only to make Frasier angry. At the end they go home happy to be a couple.

Lots of perfect moments. I love how Frasier finds out his stripper is one of his patients. And his conversations with Lilith before the bachelor party are as always hilarious. Most of those wonderings about wanting to get married are a bit tedious and I must say cheesy, but still a great episode.
