A very good episode. The story of the woman who gets her kids out of the window because she thinks her husband (who is already dead) is smashing on the door was very heartbreaking. The little girl dying and thinking that Abby is an angel was very sad to watch. And it was surprising when the boy tells Pratt that his father wasn't there and they figure out she had a mental problem.
Neela is back now that the doctor with OCD resigned. Well working in customer service obviously got her back to realizing that being a doctor is way better. I could have told it to her before, but unlike her I did work in customer service before so not surprising she had to figure it out. I was just not happy that Susan didn't take a resident just because of his piercings. Talk about judgmental.
The sad part of this episode is that Elizabeth left. But I am glad that this is the way she left, she sure made the right decision to save a man's life.
