There are a number of films and television episodes I go back to around Christmas time, like Die Hard and the Frasier episode Miracle on 34th St, but none have been with me longer than A Very Special Family Guy Freakin' Christmas. I have been watching this episode multiple times around the holidays every single year ever since the episode aired a few days before Christmas back in 2001, doubly so once season 3 finally hit DVD. Such a blast. Hilarious and heartfelt and full of adventure.
