Storyline

Hall Monitor: Helga appoints Phoebe as hall monitor and teaches her how to do the job. Phoebe then becomes a stricter hall monitor than Helga. Harold's Bar Mitzvah: Harold runs away from his Bar Mitzvah, thinking he will retain his childhood this way.
