Not spoiling anything as you get a bit of an idea what this episode is all about. Laverne manages to save Shirley from Lenny & Squiggy's shenanigans.

You can see how the physical comedy kept the gals in great shape.

Cindy Williams, one again, shows her tremendous range. In an interview with Penny & Cindy, Penny mentions Cindy had great range.

Either way they made an excellent team.

This is one of the top episodes of series IMHO.

Laverne To The Rescue.....

Warning: Spoilers
Leave it up to Lenny & Squiggy to take advantage of a poor gal who's bumped her head. With friends like that, you certainly need friends like Laverne & Carmine. (Lenny & Squiggy are at their mishchzevious best in this episode as well).

Actually Cindy Williams is fantastic in this episode. As another reviewer stated, she has fantastic range. Definitely out of character for her to take on the role of an "exotic dancer". She does it convincingly. Actually everyone sells their parts very well.

I really don't want to spoil too much but for me personally this would be in my top 10 shows from the series. There are lots of laughs and it's likely you'll be engaged from the beginning to the tag.

Well performed, directed & written.

Highly recommended.

Shirley's Altar ego

To watch Shirley pretended to be someone else is fun. She is pretty good at how do I say this delicate? PERFORMANCE. Laverne obviously likes that side of Shirley better, but she missed her friend. It was entertaining to see Shirley out of her comfort zone.
