Billie the Barber
hogwrassler29 August 2021
The Ranger and Tonto are after three outlaws who killed an express agent wile unsuccessfully trying to rob a gold shipment. They capture one, and from him learn that the other two are headed for Clarksville. Clarksville is the home of lady barber Billie Bannion, who is as good with her gun as she is with her clippers. The townspeople have entrusted Billie with their cash, which she keeps in the safe in her back room. The outlaws find out about it and devise a plan to steal the money. But a friend of Billie's overhears the outlaws talking and tells Billie. Billie sets a trap for them, but who will fall into it, the disguised Ranger or the outlaws?

This is not one of the better episodes. It seems rushed. Most of the action takes place in Billie's barber shop in town, but no other townspeople are seen. The two fights between Tonto and one of the outlaws are not well done at all. The climax is far too quick and uneventful. I rate this episode as fair at best.
