Ever just notice how small Hollywood is?

The episode's great, a classic, like most MWC episodes.

But what really got my attention recently is that one of the guys in it was also in The Wizard and in Friends (as the Bite Me Blondie guy)!

I've seen this episode a million times and never realized it until now that it was him.

And the more I rewatch this show, the more I see all the actors who went on to become either extras in big shows or big shots themselves.

The guy who played Joey in Friends was in MW first. Pamela Anderson was in MWC first. So many others were in this legendary show first! It's pretty amazing just being extra focused on the side characters and their actors, because there's a good chance you'll recognize them from other shows too.

MWC was like the kickstarter (or at least the stepping stone) for so much mainstream Hollywood talent.

Good luck, Al!

Peggy reads Al his horoscope from her magazine: 'Good luck's a-coming'. Al isn't convinced, but a run of good fortune starts to make him think that the magazine could be right. However, the Bundy curse dictates that good luck is always followed by bad.

When Jefferson gets a whiff of Al's good luck, he organises a poker game, the other players being dangerous ex-cons he knew while in prison. Al deliberately tries to lose by changing cards when he has a royal flush, but he winds up with four aces anyway.

As Al predicted, bad luck finally comes his way when the police raid his house, arrest him for being in possession of stolen vehicles (the cars he won from the criminals with his final hand), and 'confiscate' his money.

This one is a so-so episode with a few amusing gags, but is unlikely to feature in any fan's list of favourites. Kelly wears her short waitress outfit and puts on her figure-hugging Verminator outfit, which is nice.
