An instant classic!

This quickly became one of my favorite episodes of the entire show. I admit that the segments out of the theater weren't great. It doesn't matter, because they were at least still good. I like the image of a fish hook going all the way down to Earth from the satellite. I guess it makes sense with the outcome. Was Crow supposed to have a tumor on his mouth in the beginning because he was chewing tobacco? Wait, I think that was just this mouth cupping it. Yeah, I might think too sadistically.

What made this outright hilarious was the constant fantastic jokes. I think the one that had me laughing the most was, "Oh sure, blame the pinball machine!". I also loved the one right before it, with, "How do I turn off that damn bell?". This movie was just such great fodder for jokes given how clichéd it was. I also loved, "Hi, we're astronauts from a different film" and "Oh rats, I wanted to be a princess". This movie didn't have much dialogue, so they mostly just did the jokes on their own. I'm getting more references with these episodes, like the Zapruder film joke here. Awesome as always. ****

No Plot!

Unsure what the deal is with the synopsis here on IMDb, but it's all wrong. This film is about some killer fish call sargasm and shark and some others shown in bleached out red color and a creepy scientist voice over out of an ed wood movie who turn half into one of these.

Also IMDb says this was made in 1999 but it sure looks like late 60s or early 70s to me. In fact it appears quite a bit was filmed silent and dubbed with voice over like many cheapo films from the era.

So the mad scientist turns into an aquatic animal that looks like the elephant man! Then he goes on a rampage with a tiny spray bottle spraying other fish.

I swear, this reminds me completely of ed wood. Nothing makes sense at all. And the monster costume apparently didn't provide good vision cuz it keeps tripping!

It's filled with tons of stock footage of fish in aquariums. Unlike ed wood, however, this is not bad-good. It sort of wears on you. Can't recommend.
