A nun has been slashed and cut up and put in a closet. They know the guy who did it. But everything gets down to technicalities. The second is an entrapment case where a police decoy set a guy up and got him to offer money for sex. This episode has some really weighty implications.

Jimmy and the judge which I find hilarious. I'm still waiting for a follow-up to that judge scribbling out Lindsay's face.
Police entrapment case tried by Jimmy and Rebecca. This is actually a good companion to the main plot of the episode considering it brings the role of the police into question.
The meat of this episode: A murder trial where the defendant is clearly guilty and gets off on a technicality. One of the most hard-hitting cases so far in the show and a staunch reminder why it's important for police to do their jobs properly. The final interaction between Lindsay and Helen was very impactful.
