Ezri is seen boarding a Starfleet transport ship with a number of other passengers, yet the next shot is of a runabout arriving at Sappora VII. While a runabout technically could carry a number of passengers from the station in its rarely-seen rear compartment, it is unlikely that so many uniformed Starfleet officers would be heading to a sector outside of Federation space.
Norvo says that Ezri's new haircut "brings out her eyes." He fails to make note that her eye color has changed. It is established in "The Emperor's New Cloak" that Ezri had darker colored eyes before being joined and the bright blue eyes she is seen with throughout the series are the result of a physical alteration that occurred when she bonded to the Dax symbiont.
Ezri refers to O'Brien as "one of our officers". It has been established over and over that O'Brien is not an officer.
Upon confusing Audrid Dax's son Gran for her own during a story she is relating to her family, Ezri apologizes and says she's still sorting out her pronouns. Pronouns are words that replace nouns in speech, such as "he" or "she" used in place of someone's given name. She is not confusing pronouns, but mistaking one of her host's life experience's for her own. Pronouns have nothing to do with that.
Upon encountering Ezri for the first time since her arrival, Yanas Tigan states that she hates her hair (the third member of her family to comment on her hairstyle). Yanas already saw Ezri's hair when they spoke via viewscreen a couple of scenes earlier.
Sisko pronounces pergium with the accent on the first syllable: PER-gee-um. But when the mineral was first introduced in The Devil in the Dark (1967), the accent was on the second syllable: per-GEE-um.
