- The team is captured by Ford and are forced to take the Wraith enzyme. Ford has a plan.
- Teyla got a tip about a ZPM and she and Sheppard, McKay and Ronon are about to meet her contact in a forest. Suddenly the team gets stunned and is gated to another planet by a group of men. When they awake they meet Ford. He's been busy and has set up his own army of men enhanced by the Wraith enzyme. They even have living Wraith in the compound to harvest the enzyme. Ford still wants to convince Sheppard the enzyme is the solution in beating the Wraith. He forces McKay, Ronon and Teyla to take the enzyme so Sheppard can notice the effects. Then Sheppard, Ronon and Teyla are taken on a mission to raid a Genii warehouse. One of the team members, Kanayo, tells they are gathering supplies for a plan of Ford.—Arnoud Tiele (imdb@tiele.nl)
- Sheppard and his team travel to an unknown planet for a secret rendezvous only to be take prisoner by none other than Lt. Aiden Ford. He tells them how he escaped from the Wraith cruiser that had earlier captured him. He's still using Wraith enzymes to enhance his strength and now has a group of soldiers working with him. He also has a plan to destroy a Wraith hive ship by placing a large amount of C-4 explosive in its cargo bay. Ford expects Sheppard to lead the raid on the enemy ship. Back on Atlantis, Dr. Weir orders a systematic search for the missing team which, unless they get lucky, could take months to complete.—garykmcd
- Exploring another planet, Sheppard's team is overpowered by surprise by woodmen commanded by rogue lieutenant Ford, who explains he managed to overtake the Wraithes there and convert the locals to enzyme-addiction, rendering their combined so great they no longer kill Wraith but capture them as live enzyme-farm. Their scientist Jace impresses McKay with studies on the Wraith, alas also yielding an enzyme form mixed under the Atlantis hostages' food, which Rionon and Teyla consumed moderately, yet experience strong symptoms and addiction from, while McKay's big dose frightens him to death. Sheppard was exempted, as sober observer to prove Aiden not mad to Becket, whom they refuse to be examined or treated by. They are dragged along on gang lieutenant Kanayo's next mission, to steal back C4 from the local Genii garrison, which Kanayo originally served as spy. Sheppard and Becket try to trick each-other concerning a mission he's to pilot in an alien glider to plant the explosives aboard a Wraith hive ship.
