- TriviaFrank Faylen takes over the role of Donald's father, which before had been played by George Cisar. Interestingly, the earlier appearances of Donald's father rendered his name in the credits as Harold; here it is Bert. Frank Faylen is otherwise known for his role as another TV dad: another kind of Bert, i.e. Herbert T. Gillis in The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis (1959).
- GoofsAnn had previously met Donald's parents for first time in Season 1, but here she says she is meeting them for the first time.

Ann Goes To St Louis
Ann is doing a play in St Louis, Don's hometown.
An OK episode. Ann will also be meeting all of Don's family and friends. Mabel Albertson is back as Don's mother. Frank Faylen (The Lost Weekend, Detective Story) now plays his dad. Ann is worried that his mom does not like her. Some amusing scenes at a party with some of the family and friends, no big laughs. Not sure if it needed to be padded out to two parts, but there is a Part 2.
