A Very Peculiar Practice is one of my favorite UK drama series, and I remember watching this in the days when I had to record it on VHS! Anyway, this episode is quite on the mark uncomfortably, with students struggling to pay the rent. Takashi Kawahara played Chen Sung Yau in season 1, but it's a shame he didn't return for season 2.
