In the scene where Edward Asner mounts his horse and rides after the suspect he's been chasing, you can see scrapes on his face that weren't there before the scene started. That's because during rehearsal, when Asner began to mount his horse, it unexpectedly took off and headed toward a tree with some low-hanging branches, with Asner hanging onto its side. The branches hit him in the face and knocked him off the horse. The make-up people tried to hide the scrapes but they're still quite visible.
