Karen Earl arrives at the home of her ex mother in law, Alice, to take her daughter Perdita back home to The States with her. As soon as Karen arrives, strange things instantly start happening. Local wise woman, Miss Robertson suspects a poltergeist.
I think the word I'd use to describe this, is dreary, it's a really dreary affair, I came her specifically because it features the wonderful Brenda Bruce, but apart from her scenes, it's all so dull.
A very low budget affair, I imagine this was a late night drama on ITV, one with a horror twist. The problem is, very little actually happens, and in such a short running time, not much was going to happen.
