Nice making of documentary

Warning: Spoilers
This 24-minute retrospective documentary covers a good deal of interesting and informative ground on the making of the hit comedy "Splash." Producer Brian Glazer points out that the movie has the perfect girl in it with the character of Madison. Daryl Hannah admits she had difficulty eating the lobster and couldn't go to the bathroom while wearing the fish tail. Ron Howard remembers making the film as a joyous creative experience. We also learn that Tom Hanks was initially considered for the role of Freddie, John Candy had trouble saying his one line in Swedish, Hannah did the bulk of her own swimming and stunts, and another mermaid movie that was to star Warren Beatty was announced, but never made. In addition, there are also clips from a deleted scene with an old sea hag. Worth a watch for fans of the film.
