The teams meet weight management psychologist Glenn Mackintosh for their first weekly mind health session. Later, the losing team from the elimination challenge must vote to send someone home.

First Weigh In & Elimination
After the first elimination, the Blue Team is back in the gym and Shannan's not pulling any punches. Later, in the first weigh in of the season, a new contestant gains immunity while three other contestants battle it out in the elimination arena.

The contestants get a visit from two very special guests: Dr Andrew Rochford and health campaigner and journalist Sarah Wilson.

After losing Sarah Wilson's Gut Loving Wheel cooking challenge, one team will have to think outside the box in order to stay in shape. Then the contestants must fight their way through chains and water in order to avoid elimination.
