Hitler Directed By T.L.V. Prasad is An Action Crime Drama. Script is Good. Screenplay is Absorbing & Direction is Good. First Half is Quite Engaging. Second Half is Stretched A Bit. Mithun Gives One Of His Best Performance As A Hitler Kinda Of Character.

Siddhant(Mithun) is Senior Prison Official Known For His Rigid Disciplinarian Manner. He Lives With Wife Advocate Shiela(Shilpa Shirodkar), Brother Amar(Manik Bedi) , Two Sisters & Son. Amar & Monty (Mohnish Behl) Are Friends And Both Are Unemployed. While Searching For Job He Meets Priya(Dipti Bhatnagar). They Fall In Love. Priya's Father Daulatram(Satyendra Kapoor) Comes To Know About Their Affair And Humiliates Siddhant. Meanwhile Ankush Raj(Raghuvaran) Criminal Has A Rift With Daulatram in a Deal. When Amar & Monty Reach Daulatram House To Confront For Embarrassing His Brother. Amar Threatens Daulatram And Left. After A While Daulatram is Murdered & Amar Becomes Prime Suspect. With Few Twist & Turns Movie Ends.

Mithun Gives Best As Mentioned. Manik Bedi Gives Brilliant Performance Only Lacks in Dialogue Delivery. Shilpa Shirodkar is Good. Raghuvaran is a Pathetic Actor Don't Know How He Survived in South. Comedy Subplot By Johnny Lever & Arun Bakshi is Too Good.

Music is Average By Dilip Sen Sameer Sen. No Good Songs. Must Watch For Mithun Fans.

Mithun's typical film from the 90's
superindrajit11 February 2012
Warning: Spoilers
After most Mithun films from 1991-1994 were miserably flopping at the box office, Mithun opened up his own dream factory where he would shoot films particularly near or at Ooty. Sadly, 90% of Mithun films were flops from 1991-2000 and his flop streak continued till 2004 with 20 delayed films that released either in either 2000, 2001, 2002, or 2003. Hitler is another Mithun movie with TLV Prasad who actually helped Mithun recover with hits from 90's like Janta Ki Adalat(1994), Chaandal(1998), and the super hit Shera(1999). But, movies like Zakhmi Sipahi(1992), Ustadon Ka Ustaad(1998), Kaalia(1997), Hitler(1998), and a few more were flops. Therefore, Mithun's career was still at a below average point, it's hard to believe how this guy survived through the 90's! Hitler's story I will not bother telling because it's a typical love story which turns into an action, but the first scene is an action scene. But, the action is just an add on, the romance and the silly comedy is what Prasad used. But, the predictable mystery of Mithun's son in jail from a false conspiracy is retarded and the identity of the killer is easy to catch. Hitler was Prasad's few films to have the mystery genre but a director who only created one decent mystery film Shera couldn't create his magic before in Hitler. Mithun's acting is good, but he is not enough for the movie to be good. Shilpa Shirodkar is good, but the supporting cast is bad. The film hasn't been well edited which explains the awful climax where Mithun goes banging people after enough tolerance of humiliation. Rambo Rajkumar's action is horrible, a slight punch on the face doesn't make you flip around and fall. The stupid action director has no idea of action but it's so funny to watch this guys action. The movie is pretty bad and I don't recommend it, Rajiv Babbar's Shapath and Yamraaj are good. Even TLV Prasad's Shera is better!
