Storyline

Benny finds 50p on the way to school - half of what he needs for the down-payment on the school trip. The new headmaster, Mr. Llewellyn introduces consuming changes, including a rename of the forms. To start with, no-one can find the right room. Trisha makes a new friend: Cathy Hargreaves, who explains she lives with her mother and her mother's boyfriend. Grange Hill loses the first inter-school football match, and in the changing rooms the team argue about who was to blame. One of the boys realises he has lost 50p and all the boys turn out their pockets. Benny's shiny coin is revealed to Mr. Baxter who recalls that Benny was the last out of the changing room. At Benny's house, his mum and dad stand up for Benny, angry that their son is being accused of theft. The next day, ... Written by Anonymous
