- A teenage girl gives a teenage boy a blowjob in a bathroom stall. She pulls down her bra and we see her breasts briefly in two up-close shots. The boy breathes heavily and yells in pain, then grunts when he climaxes. We see her spit a a large amount of the boy's semen out into a sink in the bathroom in a graphic shot.
- Three girls wave from the roof of limousine while they are topless. The nudity only lasts a split second. A boy and girl attempt to have sex in a swimming pool while naked. The girl's bare breasts are partially seen.
- A boy pulls his penis out of his pants.

- The movie shifts tone frequently. Some of the horror scenes are brutal and realistic, some are silly and used for laughs.
- The film was made in a way that its supposed to make you nauseous and puke.

- At the end of the film, a 16 year old girl is revealed to be secretly working at a strip club and during her routine, several watching patrons make sexually graphic comments about her. After she pulls off her top, she shows her breasts to the patrons which both have a nasty skin infection and then puking on a customer. This scene is EXTREMELY graphic and goes on for about 5 min
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- While done in a somewhat comical way, the ending scene in the strip club and closing animation sequence where the virus starts to spread around the world may disturb and gross out some viewers
