Sex & Nudity

  • Sexual dialogue occurs throughout the episode. The purpose of this dialogue is to show that men in the sixties were sexist and objectified women. Further, most of the main characters are married men who are openly carousing with other women. Women are encouraged to objectify themselves by wearing more showy clothing in order to please their bosses. A frequent theme of the show is that women are treated like tramps if they act the same way that men do.
  • Married couples are shown briefly in bed in pajamas in a non-sexual context.

Sex & Nudity

  • A married woman acts in a suggestive manner towards a young boy. The woman is clearly emotionally disturbed. Some may interpret this as a seduction attempt although nothing ever comes of it and it seems as though the woman merely wants attention from men wherever she can get it in order to feel desirable.
